Welcome to East Torresdale Prints (“ETP,” “East Torresdale Prints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our custom apparel, printing, embroidery, promotional products, and related services.

By using our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, approving artwork, or purchasing products or services from East Torresdale Prints, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

East Torresdale Prints provides custom apparel and promotional services, which may include:

  • Direct-to-film (DTF) printing

  • Screen printing

  • Embroidery

  • Custom apparel

  • Custom artwork and design services

  • Hats and other decorated products

  • Banners and signage

  • Promotional products

  • Other custom printing and apparel-related services

Because many of our products are custom-made, colors, placement, sizing, garment availability, and finished appearance may vary slightly from digital representations or mockups.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided by East Torresdale Prints are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared.

Pricing may be affected by:

  • Quantity

  • Garment type and brand

  • Sizes

  • Printing method

  • Number of print locations

  • Number of print colors

  • Artwork requirements

  • Special packaging or folding

  • Rush services

  • Shipping or delivery requirements

  • Changes made after the original quote

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote does not guarantee product availability or a particular production date.

Quotes may expire after the period specified on the quote.

3. Orders and Customer Approval

An order is considered approved once the customer has accepted the quote, approved artwork or mockups when applicable, and/or made the required payment or deposit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before approval, including:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Numbers

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Garment styles and colors

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Print locations

  • Colors

  • Personalization

  • Other order details

Once an order or artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

East Torresdale Prints is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-approved artwork, specifications, names, numbers, quantities, or other order information.

4. Artwork and Design

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that they have the legal right to use.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, or other materials to East Torresdale Prints, you represent that you have permission to use and reproduce those materials.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold East Torresdale Prints harmless from claims arising from the customer's unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material.

If artwork requires editing, recreation, vectorization, cleanup, or other design work, additional artwork or design fees may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, artwork created by East Torresdale Prints may remain the property of East Torresdale Prints.

5. Copyright and Trademarks

Customers retain ownership of artwork and trademarks that they provide to East Torresdale Prints, subject to the rights of third parties.

By submitting such materials, customers grant East Torresdale Prints permission to reproduce them as reasonably necessary to complete the customer's order.

East Torresdale Prints does not claim ownership of customer-owned trademarks, logos, or artwork.

East Torresdale Prints may use photographs of completed products for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

6. Garment and Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice due to manufacturer inventory, supply-chain issues, discontinued products, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a selected garment or product becomes unavailable, East Torresdale Prints may contact the customer regarding an alternative product.

Substitutions will not be made without customer approval when the substitution materially changes the product.

7. Color and Printing Variations

Customers understand that colors shown on computer monitors, phones, tablets, or other digital devices may not exactly match the final printed product.

Minor variations in color, print placement, print texture, garment color, and embroidery appearance are considered normal within the custom apparel industry.

For DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods, the final product may have minor variations from digital mockups.

8. Production and Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Production time generally begins after all required information, artwork approvals, garments, and payments or deposits have been received.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Artwork changes

  • Customer approval delays

  • Garment availability

  • Shipping delays

  • Equipment issues

  • Material shortages

  • Weather

  • Staffing issues

  • Holidays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Rush production may be available for an additional fee when capacity permits.

9. Customer-Supplied Garments

If a customer provides garments or other products for decoration, the customer acknowledges that East Torresdale Prints is not responsible for pre-existing defects, manufacturing defects, fabric inconsistencies, shrinkage, color variation, or damage caused by the characteristics of the supplied product.

Customers providing garments should provide additional garments when possible to account for potential production issues.

East Torresdale Prints will exercise reasonable care when handling customer-supplied products but cannot guarantee that every item will be successfully decorated.

10. Payments

Payment terms are determined on an order-by-order basis.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders may require payment in full or a deposit before production begins.

East Torresdale Prints reserves the right to delay or suspend production until required payment is received.

For approved business accounts with credit terms, invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection costs where permitted by law.

11. Cancellations

Because custom apparel and printed products are produced specifically for each customer, orders may not be cancelled once production, printing, embroidery, garment ordering, or other custom work has begun.

If a cancellation is accepted before production begins, the customer may still be responsible for costs already incurred, including artwork, design, garment, setup, or other expenses.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Custom-made products generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

If you believe there is a defect, printing error, incorrect product, or other issue with your order, you must contact East Torresdale Prints within 7 days of receiving the order.

We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

If we determine that an error was caused by East Torresdale Prints, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the affected products.

13. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery or pickup.

Claims regarding missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective products should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

East Torresdale Prints is not responsible for damage caused after the customer receives the products, including improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, handling, or other use.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

East Torresdale Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

15. Local Delivery and Pickup

When local delivery is offered, delivery arrangements may be coordinated directly with the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring someone is available to receive the order when required.

Orders available for pickup may be held for a reasonable period. Additional storage arrangements may be required for orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period.

16. Website Use

You agree to use the East Torresdale Prints website lawfully and not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website operation

  • Access information you are not authorized to access

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

  • Violate the rights of East Torresdale Prints or third parties

  • Use website content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary.

17. SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from East Torresdale Prints, you may receive messages relating to your orders, quotes, production, shipping, delivery, and customer service inquiries.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

18. Intellectual Property

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, East Torresdale Prints' total liability relating to an order or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

20. Force Majeure

East Torresdale Prints will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, equipment failure, utility interruptions, labor shortages, supply shortages, shipping disruptions, governmental actions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless East Torresdale Prints and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your unauthorized use of artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, or other intellectual property

  • Materials supplied by you

  • Your misuse of products

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

22. Changes to These Terms

East Torresdale Prints may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any applicable quote, invoice, order agreement, and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and East Torresdale Prints regarding the applicable services or products.

Any additional terms specifically agreed to in writing for an individual order will control over these general Terms of Service to the extent of a conflict.
